Cancellation Policy

You have the freedom to cancel your kink.ai subscription at anytime.

• You can cancel your subscription in the plans page at https://chat.kink.ai/pricing. This is the only valid method for cancelling your subscription. Requests to cancel by e-mail or phone are not considered, and do not accomplish, cancellation.
• Once you cancel your subscription, you will not lose access to premium features immediately.
• Your current plan shall continue until the end of the existing subscription period and shall terminate at the completion of that period. For example: If your credit card is charged on the 10th of the month and you cancel on April 25th, you will not lose access until the May 10th.
• You shall not be charged after the cancellation.
